Jacob Holleman is a dedicated advisor assistant who provides backend support for Way Financial’s Advisors. Jacob received his A.A. in Speech Communication from Modesto Junior College and graduated Suma Cum Laude from Liberty University with a B.S. in Politics and Policy in 2023. Jacob Further has a background in Data Analytics that he uses to improve client and advisor experience alike.

Jacob has worked in a variety of positions striving for excellence. As an alarm Technician for Skyline Security Management, He received the highest customer satisfaction scores in the company and was awarded as the Number 1 technician company-wide in 2019. As an Audio Visual Technician for ERIC Low Voltage Services (ERIC LVS), he continued to serve with excellence, providing a high-quality user experience by making the complex simple. As an Inside Sales Person for ERIC LVS, he generated 2.2 million dollars of sales in 2023.

At its core, Jacob’s motivation for excellence and his desire to serve are rooted in his relationship with Jesus Christ. Whether it is his family, his vocation, or a complete stranger, Jacob strives to do all things as unto the LORD and remembering that whatever is done unto the least of these is the same as doing it unto Christ, Soli De Gloria.
