Dustin Wadlow serves as a Paraplanner at Way Financial, a wealth management and financial planning firm dedicated to helping clients achieve long-term financial security. He attended Cal Poly Humboldt College, where he focused on Finance and Economics, and brings a strong foundation in both financial planning and insurance strategy.

Before joining Way Financial, Dustin owned and operated a property, casualty, life insurance, and financial advising firm for over five years. His experience as a business owner has shaped his comprehensive approach to client service and strategic financial planning.

Dustin specializes in retirement planning, investment strategies, and insurance planning. He holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, along with Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses, and is currently pursuing his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation.

He strives to be a trusted financial and insurance partner, using a good neighbor approach to help clients navigate complex financial decisions while building and protecting their assets through all stages of life.
Outside of work, Dustin is married with two sons who attend Ripon Christian Schools. He enjoys umpiring baseball at the high school and college level and is an avid pickleball player.
