Clients include charities and private foundations with charitable, educational, religious, literary, scientific, or sporting purposes. Her primary commitment is preventative legal counseling and troubleshooting potential risk and liability for clients. Her firm is the largest boutique of its kind with professionals in various disciplines working in their headquarters office and throughout the United States. Ms. Asiatico holds multiple court licenses, is involved in a number of charities and community activities, and she serves on several exempt organizational boards. She is a native Texan, and with her husband Benny, has four children and two grandchildren
